"Awesome support from the team"
Awesome support from the team! These noise-canceling earphones are a lifesaver for my partner when those thunder storms roll in and when the fireworks start going off.

"Pawnix Delivers Fast Results"
Our beagle warmed up to Pawnix right away. We worked with him for four days. Then, on Christmas Day, we were just hanging out when the dog started going wild. For some odd reason, there were fireworks going off. I quickly grabbed the Pawnix and put it on him. Now, he’s snoozing peacefully next to me. Calm as can be. Looks like a real winner.

"Pretty good overall"
It appeared to function quite nicely when used alongside a thundershirt. The one drawback is that it feels a tad bulky and shifts around some. I doubt anything will ease Koda's anxiety during takeoff, turbulence, or landing, but she looked to be alright throughout the flight.

"Still on the fence about sending it back..."
I'm kinda torn about whether to return this thing. I own two Droid phones, and neither of 'em connects with the Bluetooth. I picked the size according to the measurements provided, but it's super snug and doesn't really block out any noise.

I gotta say, the customer service is fantastic. My order got held up, but Kirsten and Emma were super helpful in keeping me updated on what was going on and when I might see my headphones. They really know how to respond quickly to any questions or issues.

"Sadly, this didn't suit my pup"
Sadly, this didn't suit my pup. I gave it a go with and without tunes, and checked the site to ensure it was on right. He could still catch all the sounds, like knocking at the door and loud ruckus outside. Bummer! The regular ear muffs did a much better job...

"Disappointed"
First off, I can't seem to get the music to play. I followed all the steps in the instructions and FAQs two times. I requested a phone number to reach out, but they just sent me back to the FAQs. This didn't help my dog at all. She kept panting and shaking. I returned it today. Really frustrated with this product. If only I could've spoken to a real person.

"Amazing Device for Anxious Pets!"
I really can’t express how much I love this fantastic gadget! Our little fur baby used to be super scared of storms and fireworks. It got so bad that she would hide in the basement. She’d be panting and shaking, and nothing seemed to help (not even thunder blankets or Benadryl). We worked with her using these and added some peanut butter and treats for reinforcement. Honestly, it’s pretty funny to see her in them. She can’t hear a thing! We’ve used them during our summer storms, and it’s just incredible. I can hardly believe it! She’s completely zoned out, relaxed, and falls asleep like she’s at a spa! We play some classical music, and it’s lights out! Huge thanks!!!

"Didn’t do the trick"
I really wanted this to be a solution for my dog. We’ve given everything a shot (homeopathic remedies, herbal stuff, CBD) and nothing has worked. I thought the Pawnix headset might be the answer, but it fell short. She could still hear thunderstorms and other loud sounds like the lawn mower, which she gets super anxious about, even with the headset on tight. I’ll be sending it back.

"Life's a Breeze Now"
The customer support was top-notch! The first Pawnix we got was too large for our little girl, so we swapped it for a different size. No problems at all with the exchange, super simple and super convenient.
The day after we received the Pawnix, a thunderstorm hit us out of nowhere. We got it on our little girl, snuggled her between us, and she was way calmer than her usual freak-out mode.
Using the Pawnix is a piece of cake — like a thousand times easier than me trying to keep my noise-canceling headphones on her head while she’s in total meltdown.
Give it a shot, we did, and life is just so much better for us and our pup!
